May Group Bucket is a 4-week mental performance program that helps athletes handle mistakes, build real confidence, and stay consistent under pressure. Geared toward middle/high school athletes.
Group runs May 1-May 31
This program is delivered through the BAND app in a format athletes will actually use:
– Short daily posts (1–2 minutes)
– Simple mindset tools they can apply immediately
– Weekly focus topics (Awareness → Reset → Confidence → Consistency)
– Interactive check-ins to build accountability
A 3-month mental performance support program for teams
Run through the BAND App, combines short, consistent mindset training with monthly team sessions (choice of in-person if in Kingman or Zoom). Athletes also have ongoing access for individual support when they need it via chats. This gives your team consistent mental performance support throughout the season, not just a one-time talk.
